When will I receive my order?Once you place the order, we will process it and ship the items within 5 working days through 1st Class post. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been fully processed and shipped. In case you do not receive the confirmation email, please let us know by emailing hello@thenoblewick.co.uk and we will update you on the order status. Please note that it may take a longer time than usual to receive your items due to the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic.

What are your products made from?We source the highest quality materials in the market to give that extra luxurious touch to every candle. All candles are made from 100% soy wax, pure cotton wicks and captivating fragrance oils.

Are your products vegan friendly?Yes, all candles we make are from vegetable (soy) wax. However, certain elements in the packaging such as label glue may contain non-vegan ingredients.

What does gift wrap include?This option includes a luxury gift box, wrapped in jute twine and beautifully finished with a cedar leaf.

Are your products safe around pets and children?Yes. But always exercise caution, follow the safety advise provided with each candle and never leave a lit candle unattended.

My item is incorrect or damagedWe take great care when packing and shipping your items so that they arrive in the perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged during transit, please send an email to hello@thenoblewick.co.uk with a photograph of the damaged item. If the damaged item is still in stock, we will send you a replacement. However, if the item is out of stock, we will process a refund as soon as possible. If for some reason, you changed your mind or are unhappy with the product received, we will happily refund the cost of that item provided that you return it to us in its original condition. Unless you are returning damaged or incorrect items, we are unable to cover the return costs.
